I have to say WOW!!! My daughter recommended this, and it has been a game changer of better deeper sleep, less joint pain, and more energy. I take 2 at night. The pills are big so make sure and take a drink of water first then chase them down with more water.

I am so glad I ordered these and tried them. I have been doing a little research on what can help keep my blood pressure regulated, and this is it. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now on the third week and I take them at night before bed. I wake up feeling great and my blood pressure was looking good when I went to my doctor appointment last week. She has been trying to put me on another medication instead of raising the dosage on the medication I am taking which is only 5mg’s. So I have been doing the opposite and trying to get control of it before she puts me on something else, and I believe this is working for me. I will continue to take it and work on my overall health in the process so I can make sure I don’t have to take more medications just for my blood pressure to look normal. I would recommend trying it, but I know it is working for me.

This is a high-quality product, and I trust this brand consistently. However, the tablets are quite large and difficult to swallow. While I generally don’t have trouble with larger tablets, these require noticeable extra effort to take. For that reason, I deducted one star. Aside from that, it remains a great product.

In the land of vitamins and supplements, FDA regulations are practically rare. With many vitamin brands out on the market, especially on Amazon, it’s hard to figure out which ones have valid claims and are worth your money. My doctor has always recommended buying brands and supplements that are NSF verified or GMP (cGMP) certified — both of which state that the manufacturing guidelines (not the actual vitamins/supplements themselves) are regulated by the FDA. This means that the processes used to create these vitamins/supplements are regulated to produce high quality products with no fillers or unknown ingredients. After further research, I found on the KAL Vitamin website that they are indeed GMP Certified — which makes sense since I have been seeing great improvement in my health. I am currently pregnant, suffering from gestational hypertension (high blood pressure), and, under the care & guidance of my doctor, have been taking this supplement. By my doctor’s supervision, I was recommended to take 500 mg instead of the 400 mg the bottle suggests. I started taking blood pressure medication several years ago, but would get these terrible cramps in my muscles or tendons! Excruciating to the point I had to stop taking my BP meds. I knew from the past, taking magnesium helps some with cramping, so I bought these and took a tablet a day. These are on the larger side, but with a good mouthful of water, no problem. Well, after several weeks of continued cramping, I almost gave up. I then decided to increase to two tablets a day. It immediately worked, I'm now cramp free since starting 800 mg/day. The only trial and error, if these cause too loose stool, then try a different binder than Taurate. For me Magnesium with Citrate is fine, but with Oxide, I'm not fine! For me, the KAL Magnesium Taurate has been a lifesaver. I highly recommend trying these.
