One of the 3 gates that I installed was in a hallway that had 1” molding on both sides of the floor. The top of the gate is 38”across , the bottom of the gate is 36” across. There is enough adjustment in the mounting bolts that this is not a problem. The gate is level and works well. **Q: Do they sell replacement hinges? The bottom part where the gate fits into to lock in place has cracked.** A: Mine cracked as well. Not sure how to get a replacement.
