CANDY Rapido RO1694DWMCE WiFi-enabled 9 kg 1600 Spin Washing Machine - White [Energy Class A]

Needed a machine in a hurry so bought through Amazon as we couldn't get from a local shop- had to order and wait three weeks. It was free delivery which I was impressed with and the men were polite, happy to move it where I wanted it and very efficient. It did take a while to understand the dials and types of programs - very different from any machine I have had. However, after a half an hour I put my first load ( heavily stained towels we'd been washing when our old machine broke down and they had been line dried with the stains still in them.) an hour later they were really clean. No stains and lovely wash- so good! I then did mixed loads and a half load ( quick program) all worked really well. I will update this in a few months to say how well it holds up in our busy household but for now delighted with the delivery and the machine!

Unable to just do a spin without having to rinse three times , also cotton wash takes too long from 2.30hrs to 5.00 hrs.

Had to return this machine door wouldn't open. Candy services didn't won't to know and they put the phone down on me. Amazon were brilliant as always with my return.

It arrived propmtly and I installed it myself. The instructions could have been clearer but I managed in the end (first time doing this).Be warned though that the app doesn't seem to work so the "Wifi" options are probably none existent. There's thousands of people complaining at the Google App store about it not working, didn't work to myself either and I work in IT. It simply doesn't connect, sometimes it does connect for a moment, then it diconnects again. Looks like it's been happening for a very long time so no fix expected, which means you should buy this washing machine as a non-wifi one, for such feature doesn't really work to 99% of their customers.Apart from that so far seems to wash well but I haven't used it that much. Someone complained in a review about the machine shaking a lot when spinning, not my case, but do notice that upon installation you are meant to level the machine by using the screws at the very bottom and screw/unscrew them until it's fully stable, if you don't do that it may not work well, but that will happen with any machine.A piece of cloth I used as a first washing test went in with some stains and came out with the same stains, but maybe those stains were too old or I just don't know how to use the machine yet, so will continue using it and may update this review in a while.
