4 months and 30 days this procuct is not functioning anymore - Blootooth connectivity is not working The reliability of this product is therefore not provided. I do not recommend to sell nor buy this product.

Decent Sound, Premium build quality, No issues so far.
Delivered incredibly fast, literally next morning day. Package came brand new, unopened box with seal in place. All components were present, as seen on the advertising pictures. Volume and all ports are working fine. Tried connecting to bluetooth on an Iphone X, connected right away with a voice saying "Bluetooth connected" as feedback. I connected the RCA audio cables to my karaoke machine, sound came perfect, so the cables are also fine. The remote control volumes are also working, though the "next and previous buttons" only work if on the memorycard slot and not on the bluetooth controls to my Iphone. Used the karaoke mike on the karaoke machine and there's no delay to the sound output, so I'm very satisfied. Overall, the quality is spot-on for the cheap price. Sound quality is not as amazing as the branded ones like Bose or JBL, but its noise-cancelling as well so I have no issues. My only concern is that the box did not mention the original manufacturer but only a sticker that says "QC-passed", and could not find a warranty card.

Static noise dampens audio experience.
The product was well packed and of good quality build however upon switching ON, without even playing any content, there was static noise. Tried to play audio only and video but the static noise continued to dampen the audio.

My iPhone speaker has better quality
This should not be called a a surround sound bar with built in subwoofer- this should be called a Bluetooth speaker that’s it!! No base and not good quality
