Shampoo caused bad rash on face, neck and chest
I bought this shampoo for use post-nanokeratin treatment. With regards to the hair, it seems to work well and is ok to use. But after about 4 washes I noticed a rash on my neck and chest, but put it down to cold weather. Then a couple of washes later, the areas around my eyes became irritated, itchy and puffy. I visited my doctor and as the shampoo is the only thing that's changed, it is the cause. I have never reacted to any hair products before.On googling the product, I see that many products in the range are subject to a major lawsuit in the USA for irritation and hair loss.As it has taken time for the symptoms to be diagnosed, it appears that I am not eligible to return the unopened bottles.
