How much water does it hold

I would say it has enough resivor to handle a good amt, of widnshield material. works long time on my Polaris UTV. seems to hole enough to work for some time. seems to be enough to take care of windshield without having to fill much. worth it!!!

Does it fit an 03 dakota?

can't say but add it anywhere, just use the spray nozzles , that come with it and mount, just in back of the hood,and aim them to the spot needed, try with fluid and set them where you want and then I would glue them or use a glue gun and mount them in place.
