- Quick delivery- Good condition- Is helpful to have 2 people to assemble- Will eventually need to be re-carpeted- Basket and condo look sturdy- The tube is 7 by 7 inches (18 by 18 cm) so very small- The hammock is rather small and not very sturdy, would eventually need to change the ropes for the hammock- The fabric could be more durable and it is simply stapled on to the platforms and the other furniture.- Missing ALL the screws for the ladder (6 screws)- The playing rope is just daisy-chained and fraying at the bottom not like in the pictures- The condo is not hard all the way around it is more like a bag-ish thing?- My cat who is 6-7 kg did not comfortably fit in the basket AND the condo although he tried his best to squeeze himself in the condo (half of him was hanging out :D)- The tube in the pictures is under the top perch but in the instructions, it is on the platform right above the condo. Under the high perch, there is no hole to screw on the tube too.All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and my cats LOVE it!

Good, but two issues, 1. The cat house (seen in the picture) is a bit too small even for a small cat. 2. There is not really any way for the cat too get from the 2nd level too the 3rd the only way is to use the basket (which is not very stable) other than that it is really good. Would recommend.

I like the house and my cat also, the only bad thing is that the ropes are thin and it will not last for too long

My two cats in two days had already destroyed the little hammock on the bottom and the ladder is really only good for kittens. The material used to construct this tree is low quality.

Do not buy , parts not drilled correctly for holesNo fittings for ladder just stringhouse collapses, the pillars don't fit, no holes for the screwsloads of screws left overonly ideal for 1 cat not multiple catwill last 1-2 months max .so weak not strudy at all

This is really good product and price is attractive, compare to pet stores. Very easy installation.My 2 cats all the time sleeping on it.However they didnt figure out how to use lower hammock.
