I couldn’t be more pleased with this set. The white and gold Dalek is simply beautiful. The Ace figure is a very good likeness of actress Sophie Aldred, and the rocket launcher accessory is very cool. This is a heck of value for the price. I would suggest you order while it’s in stock. I had to wait awhile for it to come back into stock. I hesitated buying because I already had a packaged white Dalek with The Seventh Doctor figure. But, I just couldn’t resist the opportunity to have one for display. This set is already going for much more elsewhere. My only complaint is that it was packaged in a mailer, and not a shipping box. The corner of the figures box was damaged. Fortunately I didn’t plan to display them in the box. This is a really cool set.

Nice additional to collection

Absolutely excellent. Character Options fixed the issue present in previous Imperial Dalek releases where the Dalek's pupil was painted blue for some reason. Thankfully, this release has rectified the issue and now the Dalek is screen accurate. No complaints.

Great Doctor Who item!

Great set! The face looks so much better on Ace than the initial release. For Dalek fans, the skirt section is still the same as the other classic releases (the Daleks in "Remembrance" featured a unique, narrower skirt). Additionally there's a mesh between slats from the previous Renegade Dalek release in 2013, which is inaccurate for the Imperial Dalek. The eyestalk has been painted correctly compared to previous releases (capturing the gold pupil and black/silver iris, rather than the blue eye from the other Imperial Dalek sets). Ultimately, Character Options has done the best they can with the resources they have available, and despite the critique, I love this release! The mesh is barely noticeable, and I am delighted to have picked up this improved variant!

This Doctor Who toy is one of the coolest sets made in years. Has a wonderful figure of Ace and a gorgeous Dalek. However if you’re a Mint In Box Collector, be on alert, because I got this in a bubble mailer package, and it came in slightly crushed. Not sure why they couldn’t just use a standard box??? But it wasn’t an issue for me this time as I was planning on opening it.
