Badly sealed trays
My dog loves this food. She has a sensitive stomach and this is gentle enough not to cause her issues. Sadly we regularly received our subscribe and save orders from Amazon containing at least one badly sealed tray with mould growing in it. There seems to be no option to request replacement which is disappointing Have switched from the Fish selection to the Meat selection and have had less of an issue. However our delivery today has 2 trays not sealed and leaking and there’s still no option to report the issue

A good food, but doesn’t suit my cocker spaniel.
Cocker spaniel loves this food. But it doesn’t love my cocker spaniel. Especially the chicken. Wanted to change to a good quality meat from kibble and thought I’d try Scrumbles as seems good. Dog has the runs and farts now, which he never did on the kibble. I did do the change over gradually too. Have now ordered Forthglade to try that brand.

terrible smell
my dog would not touch this food which really surprised me as he loves the treats, but the smell was awful like it had gone off. i tried 3 separate trays, salmon, chicken, turkey but he wouldnt touch it. i dont know if it was off or if it always smelled like that luckily i had lily's cottage pie and will stick to their selection pack from now on, and have thrown the rest away.

My dog absolutely loves the soft food
Bought the dry food from scrumbles direct,sadly my pooch is getting old now and really struggling with dry food because her teeth are hurting,saw Amazon selling it so tried her with the soft food,she loves it and doesn’t struggle now to eat,it’s healthy and the company are amazingly helpful.
