I loved the book from the day it arrived, it has a very beautiful and catchy theme to it ..... However when you get to cooking which I did... A 4 course meal.. the recipes are a disaster.... I have another book by this author and she is great. Many middle eastern recipes but not all are the straight traditional interpretation. She does branch out into modern twists. With this book you could make a meal of sharing menus for your friends.

Easy, tasty, enjoyable and refreshing recipes. It’s my first middle eastern recipe book and I couldn’t be happier. Pictures of every dish, great explanations, good portions. Can’t say anything wrong about it
