I am a pet owner and I find it useful to clean the litter box. The tank contains enough water to complete a full clean of all the litter box components

It’s performance is moderate since the steam does not remove everything as described. The accessories and pieces that are left without any storage container or bag making it difficult to store.

Product is very sturdy and in very good quality but didn't work as expected. Steam is not that powerful.

It is very easy to use and because it is handheld and has a very long ppwer cord, it gives you more flexibility in using it on tight spaces

On the whole, I really like this steam cleaner. It doesn't take long to heat up, the steam lasts about 20 seconds for a continous burst and the accessories are really useful. I do have 2 negatives though: 1) When you have any attachements on the whole thing becomes unstable and very prone to falling over. My favourite attachement is the long nozzle and I can't put the steam cleaner down because it will fall over. 2) It came with a UK plug despite being brought on Amazon AU. This was just annoying, I had to go find a converter. The voltage etc was right though.

Easy to setup, easy to use and seems to do the job. It's not a miracle worker so don't expect to suddenly be able to remove those impossible marks/stains. However, it does make certain jobs easier which otherwise require chemicals or elbow grease. For those complaining it's broken because you can't unscrew the cap, you need to wait for it to COOL DOWN FIRST. It literally says that in the manual, it's a safety feature so you don't end up with steam in your face.

I purchased this after confirming efficacy of another German machine. So this one 1) is imported 2) Good finish & Safety features 3) several attachments 4) v effective steam cleaner 5) long wire connection Disadvantage - Small capacity of container - which means one cycle lasts 20min as the steam runs out & one has to reheat steam kettle,
