No, absolutely not. Technomarine is in the transition of going paperless, soon it will just be one card which will have a link to the manual.

I would call 1-800-327-7682. This is the TechnoMarine service number. Don't get thrown if they say Invicta - Invicta now owns TechnoMarine and the 800 number for both is the same. They can tell you about replacement straps. I had an older TM that I sent in for service and they do a great job. Good Luck!
