Is there anyway to use this wirelessly on a PC?

It shows up in on my Linux system but after connecting to it the keyboard doesn't type. On Windows it doesn't even show up. You can use the use c to use it with a computer, but if you're looking for a one handed keyboard just for PC we have lots of cheaper use ones available. I only recommend this one if you play on a tablet or phone.

Does it work with fortnite?

Yes but you will have to install a modded version of the game through HappyChick or Octopus. Basic instruction manual is in the box

Can I use the standard for tote mobile app with this, and not the happy chick version? I fear that the shoot chick version could get me banned

this will ONLY work with the happy chick apk of games. You can use a controller with the regular fortnite mobile app though, because it has controller support built in. SteelSeries makes some nice controllers for mobile.

Can you use it on a ps4

Yes you can also with a xbox with fortnite and other games
