I absolutely love this tank top! I’ve been looking for a tank with a built in bra because bras make my neck and shoulders hurt. Well ladies, I’ve found the perfect one!! I’m a 34DD and got a large. I usually am a medium in tops but I sized up to make sure the built in bra fit without having any cleavage or side boob. It fits exactly how I wanted it too! I wore it for a strength training session at the gym and I barely had to adjust. I also did a few intervals on the row machine and the compression made me feel secure. However, I wouldn’t recommend this too for running or cardio unless you want to wear a sports bra underneath for more support. I also like that I can fold the bottom to make it more cropped. I gave this top a 4/5 because the pads show through the white tank top but it doesn’t bother me too much. I will definitely be ordering more colors!!

I should have sized up because I have a bigger chest but other than that great purchase. It’s so comfortable and in regards to going out it makes my chest look very good.

I’m 5’6”, 160lbs and got a size large. It fits well and I love the bra within the top. It’s flattering and fits as expected. The fabric is similar to shapewear or a bodysuit. It is very comfortable, looks beautiful from the front and back, and comes down to the belly button. I took a star off but wish I could have taken only a half star off because it does come down pretty low for the girls in the front. Not enough for one to fall out-but more than I feel like showing in public. I would love to be able to take this to a spin class or do weights in the gym but I would be more comfortable using it as a layer. However for use at home it has held up to the weight workouts, the bike, yoga, and jogging with moderate support. It’s a great workout top and I would buy it again!

I love this tank but it didn’t come with the bra pads. It has a built in bra but not the pads. This is my second tank from the same company and I re ordered bc I loved it. But not as happy with this one.

I wanted to wear this a couple times before reviewing, and I'm glad I did. My first impression was that I was going to fall out of the built in shelf bra; it doesn't seem like there is much room for the girls. But I was able to contort and invert just fine through 90 minute sessions of power yoga with no problems at all! And I like the length - it allows me to wear it without a top when in the weight room and still feel comfortable.A couple specifics - (1) the removable pads are awesome! Although, my personal preference is to remove and toss them, they are FULL size pads, not the dreaded discs that you can completely tell are nip covers most sports bras use. This is a major plus for those who prefer to keep the pads in the bra. (2) READ the size guide!!! I typically wear a medium in sports bras, but the size guide suggested I get a large based on my bra size (I hover between a 34 & 36C). I ordered a large, and am very glad I did. Although, I have no doubt the company would have exchanged it with no issue, I hate having to go through the process of returning an item for a different size.

Good quality and good for athletic look, but rides up when working out

Love this top and find it so flattering for my small chest! I am about 115lbs, 5'6 and 32/34b. I got a medium but probably could have been comfortable with with a small (my usual size) for a tighter fit as the medium is a teeny bit loose in the arm pit area. Regardless, it is still very flattering, comfortable, and not too short (hits about an inch above my belly button). Order your true size for a medium impact fit and down a size for a high impact fit. I bought this in black for working out but actually love it so much I decided to wear it out instead. Cup pads are removable and give you adequate coverage. I definitely recommend and will probably be ordering another!

I was so excited to get this in the mail and already have another color coming tomorrow! It’s such good quality, stretchy, comfortable, and the padding is actually supportive! My only thing is that I wish it was a little longer in the front. But I love it for being casual, gym wear, or any day. This is a great alternative to the Lululemon align tank!!!For reference, I have an athletic build, I’m a 34 D, and roughly 175 pounds. Love this so much
