Great looking teapot, sturdy and strong and love you have both loose and bag tea. Not sure on the measurements on the side. Lid broke on last pot so will see how this goes.Only purchased recently so we see how long it lasts.

I contacted support and service (before writing a comment on Amazon). They responded quite quickly (considering it was Xmass time) and after verifications asked me if I wanted a refund or a new product. I opted for a new teapot and received the replacement in a couple of days.About the product.I use it on a gas hob and it works well, it does the job.Like any sensible person you just have to be careful when handling it and remember that it will not last forever - because it is made of glass - and at some point it will break, crack or something. I think the volume is good too.In conclusion, good product, excellent communication and customer service.

Its a nice enough teapot. It does the job. Everything seems to fit together etc. But claiming its 1200ml is a little questionable. You have to fill it right to the top so its almost over flowing the spout. It has a label "MAX" at 900ml. You can see in the pictures.If you want 900ml or so of usable tea pot then go for it. The glass makes it look good with green teas too.If you want to regularly use it for1200ml, look else where.

Very pleased with this teapot. Was looking for something little different to the normal teapot.Keeps the heat in well, and very easy to clean. Had it over three months now. Very nice to pour from, no drips either.Definitely worth while.

Nice sized pot. Fill line is 750ml and I get 2 and a half good mug fulls. Stainless steel diffuser is nice and fine so no tea leaves escape into the pot. It has a nice little handle so it is easy to take out and clean. The whole lid comes off easily so the teapot can be washed. The spout absolutely does not drip, at all. It has a really nice easy pour. It is a lovely little pot and I am very pleased with it.
