Waited over a month to review..
I was skeptical buying these. I felt like I’m just buying any old hair, skin and nail vitamin because there are sooooo many on the market. I was loosing my hair to an unknown issue. It was coming out triple the amount as usually did and I lost about 40percent of my hair. I started taking this and also paired with hair, skin, and nail vitamins and my hair stopped shedding within a month. I made sure I took them everyday and now I can see little hair starting to grow back! I ALSO HAVE NAILS! They grow very thick and healthy now. I really recommend this brand and it’s worth the money!

Great Product!
I am taking these for hair loss. I am 6 months in and can see a difference in my hair. Less shedding and new growth. I would give it a try if you are having hair loss problems. No bad aftertaste, they are a little big but not a problem to swallow.

Great Product
This is what my doctor suggested I take and they work as expected. They are caps and are very easy to swallow. Also Amazon has the best price on them.

Does it work? I think so :)
Sorry my photos aren't amazing. I originally took them w the intention of writing a review, bc I noticed there really weren't a lot of clear photos in general on any review for any of the PSO's on Amazon. So hopefully these will suffice. TLDR Skip tothe bottom for most recent update.I cannot for sure say what's caused my hair loss, but I do think that if I hadn't been taking these a lot more hair would have fallen out than the amount that I've already lost... which was A LOT, as I was a very hairy person to begin with. --So when I noticed it falling out in clumps, whenever I washed, combed, (wide tooth only) or ran my fingers through it, and only from head... I really freaked the heck out. I initially thought I was just going through a shed. But then it just got worse and worse. For reference, I'm 30 and biologically female. I know I am more than just my hair, but it is still a huge part of my identity. So here are the deets relative to my hairloss and experience with PSO. (Unfortunately, so many things can cause hair loss!)In July 2021 I started a new medication.August 2021, I switched to a new shampoo/conditioner.September 2021 I decreased my birth control.December 3rd, I started taking PSO.3 days in, I noticed I wouldn't feel the urge to pee until like, my bladder was absolutely full. I felt like a camel storing water in my hump...After 3 wks of taking PSO, I felt like I was starting to see a difference. I had a little less hair fall. And felt peace of mind that I was at least trying something to combat the hairloss. So I figured I'd continue to take it and if it didn't work, it at least made me feel better to be proactive.January 2022, bloodwork came back saying I had low iron and a vitamin B12 deficiency. So I started taking Iron and b12 supplements. February 2022, I had lost at least 25 lbs since May/June 2021. And at the end of February, I changed my shampoo/conditioner again.March 2 2022, I just looked at my photos and feel like there is a noticeable difference since I started. I wonder if it was simply the passage of time. But still this entire time, since at least July of last year... my hair has been falling out. Even with the addition of supplements, a plateau of weightloss, adjusting to my meds, my being gentle with my hair, using products with dimethicone in them and moisturizing it... It is STILL falling out. Like, there's a little less in the drain and a little more hair on my hairline, which I'm going to give credit to the PSO since nothing else changed December 3rd to December 30th, aside from me taking it. And in the photo for 2.22/3.22 the difference is dramatic one of my photos isn't mirrored//lined up properly but you can still see the growth. But yeah, if you've read this far and are considering buying it and doing a little experiment of your own. Please Please Please take some nice clear Before/After/Progress pictures ;) inquiring minds want to know."Does PSO really help w hairloss?I think so :)"***update 7.22As of 5.22 my iron deficiency and B12 deficiency have resolved. My hair still sheds. BUT Not as much as it would if I didn't I take the PSO. I stopped taking it for a week bc I had moved out of state and lost track of what box it was in. So I started shedding again... A LOT. After speaking with my doctor, I've concluded that my hairloss is likely due to the medication I take for Narcolepsy. It's called Xywav. Therefore this is not Telogen Effluvium. That may have been what started it. But it never quite ended. However thanks to PSO the hairloss is managable. I now have an inner layer of 2-4 inches of baby hairs throughout my hair. My hair has gotten lighter likely due to just natural aging. Some of my new hairs have grown in gray. And my waves have gotten curlier. And ach individual hair shaft is stronger, shinier and thicker than without the PSO. Its not as thick as it was prior to taking meds. (Honestly, I had a ridiculous amount of hair to begin with) But with the PSO this side effect is managable and you would never be able to tell that my hair isn't as thick as it was prior to the start of my medication. In addition, a few months ago I encouraged my partner to start PSO. His hair is growing now too. :) There is a light layer of peachfuzz growing where his hair line was receding. It's especially wild bc he is a red head, and now has a cluster of hairs growing that look dark brown almost black!***Update 2.27.23My partner stopped taking PSO sometime ago, just because he couldn't keep up with it, so we will never really know what could have been.I also stopped taking it because I felt like I got to a point where I didn't need it anymore. My hair still sheds a little more than before I started taking my medication. But even less than previously mentioned in my review. I have even more new baby hairs. And those tiny hairs that used to almost connect my eyebrows to my temples are filling out now too, lol. I feel pretty good about it. I think it'll be another year before everything is the same length. I also have a lot of new gray hairs all over. I just wanted to say 'Hang in there!' It takes time, and be kind to your hair. baby it throughout your regrowth process. Good luck!
