A long term review here - I do see some change - especially on my hair which I wash daily. Hair quality has improved quite a bit since I started using this. While installation is easy if you have the right tools - a pipe or slide wrench should work, recommendation is to get it done by a plumber if you don't as this may leak or fall off if not tightened properly. Also, given where it needs to be installed, proximity is likely to be close to the wall that adds to the complication. There is a connector (L-shaped) that allows for installation in case the shower head connection is too close to the wall - this is the size of a water bottle and may not fit without this connector if the connection is too close to the wall. Water pressure slightly decreased after putting this on, but not so much to be an issue. More importantly, the water quality seems better since.

Initially, the product showed positive results by reducing the hair fall. But, just after two months of usage, it seems to less effective and the hair fall has started again. The most surprising part is the package that it came in. I was just wrapped in a polythene cover inside the blue pouch. it does not have any seal or lock that prevents another party to access it before the buyer.
