Balanced Body Pilates Springboard, Wall Mounted Pilates Workout Equipment for Home Gym or Studio Use, Pilates Exercise Equipment with Resistance Springs

To supplement my Pilates practice, I ordered this springboard. It is the same one that is used in Club Pilates, without the ballet barre. So everything that I have learned in class, I can do at home. It is well-made, and it comes in one piece. All you need to do is mount it to the studs in the wall (or have someone do it for you). It comes with a dowel, two sets of springs, and a bar to mount at the base. Very sturdy, and should last for years to come. Delivery was quick.

I absolutely love working out on my springboard!! It is the first exercise program I can't wait to do each day. I am taking pilates in the studio and this provides me a cheaper option than a reformer to continue with my practice on the days I am not in the studio. Since each limb has it's own spring, I feel like my weaker side is working harder which I love! I did have to buy easier springs but I don't mind. Best money I have ever spent on exercise equipment. Wish I had known about it a lot sooner.

Fits in nicely to our garage gym. Love that it's just on the wall and doesn't take up space so we still have floor room for other types of exercises. It's very sturdy and well made. Tho my husbands comment was "I could have made that with some plywood for less than 100 dollars" But it is beautifully made and it's quick to put together and put up. In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes. It really helps you make the best use of the springboard.

I love the springboard, it takes up very little space. You can get a fantastic workout and the push through bar works very well. A good repertoire of sitting, standing, on the back, or incorporating barrels or other equipment like Bosu or box. Highly recommended!

Professional quality board, the same product used by Club Pilates. Does not come with video instruction, but many are available on YouTube. Provides a space saving way to do many many pilates exercises. If you don't have room for a reformer, or don't want to spend the added cost, this is a great solution.

Disappointing quality Has a former scratch down the center that they must have sanded out and corner had piece break off I really wanted it and it’s too big to send back so I will keep it but every time I look at it - I think I received a lower quality item

Great concept, is going to do exactly what I want it to. Delivery instructions say don't accept until you've inspected it. That's great unless the driver drops it off and leaves. The box wasn't damaged the board has two large gashes in it. This was a 1k piece of equipment. It's usable. We're going to do what we can to fix it since there's no apparent way to get in touch with customer service and it's a huge piece of equipment to have to ship back. Do something to guarantee you'll be able to reject delivery because this is a soft, likely pine plywood prone to easy damage poorly packaged.

I purchased this to set up an in home Pilates studio. It was delivered on time and support called me prior to delivery to make sure I knew how to operate product. I’ve had over 3 years of private lessons so I knew what to do. However I would not advise buying this if you have not had instruction on how to use this apparatus. Excellent quality, easy to install and arrived in perfect condition 👍😊
