Which is what I done. I purchased this for using a Bluetooth headset. I don't qa getting interference and dropouts even from 30cm away.I was getting ready to return it as not fit for use. Then I suddenly thought maybe they have some specific drivers that would help. I downloaded the official drivers from avantree and wow, immediately the difference was clear. No more interference or dropouts.Didn't imagine the drivers from Windows and the official one would make such a difference for a Bluetooth dongle.I can now walk around the room and still get clear audio. Soon as I walk out the room it starts to drop, so the range isn't amazing.
