CANT GO WITHOUT… Sleep ✅ + no leg cramps
Taking this now for 3 months. Never gives reviews but I Decided to. I went to visit my 82 year old mom and accidentally left my bottle behind. When I arrived home, 3 hr drive, started to unpack and realized I didn’t have my magnesium. So I ordered another bottle, but I went without for one night and realized it works. After three months of taking this Amazing product I had a sleepless night and the worst leg cramps so if you’re considering just try it.
