As a natural black woman with 3b/c hair, with multiple curl patterns, I genuinely only like to wear my hair straight, which can cause a lot of heat damage. After debating cutting my hair from a messed up chemical curl process, I decided to try one last thing before giving up completely, and starting over with a brand new head of hair. My keratin hair journey began on May 11 of 2023 and as I sit here today after bleaching four pieces of my hair, I am the happiest I haven’t been with my natural hair. Over the past several months, my hair has been able to retain heat & a silk press for WEEKS. I am no longer at the mercy of my blowouts. I wash my hair when I want to! It has grown exponentially. I have less breakage than I did before. It’s smooth. It’s soft. I feel like my hair actually retains the oils I put in it now. As I said, I love my hair and blend so great with clipins, I wear wigs less and everyone loves my hair when I style it. This is great for people who love straight hair !!! I am three treatments in, I’m trying to tell you, this has been a game changer, and a money saver!!!!!!! I had to come back and leave a review because I am thoroughly satisfied with my hair health & I’m thankful for this product line!

My hair is quite curly and I bought this with the intention of at least making my hair less frizzy and maybe with a smaller curl pattern for a bit. This picture is after I used the product following all of the instructions in detail, then washed it after 6 days. I washed using the shampoo and conditioner that came with the product to make sure my shampoo wouldn't affect the final results. (There is a weird pattern because I braided it for a bit before I remembered to take this picture, but the curls and frizz are still visible regardless). It did not reduce frizz AT ALL and there is basically no change to my hair. It is still exactly as curly and frizzy. I have no idea how there can be good reviews if people received the same product as me. EDIT: I requested a refund and I got one, which I appreciate. While I will not get the time I wasted back and it made my hair more damaged than before, I still appreciate that the seller refunded me.

Product was easy to use. Made my hair very soft. I have fine, curly hair. Tends to get very frizzy. I used this product little different, I didn't flat iron my fair. I really want to decrease the frizz but keep my curls. Will have a better idea how well it worked when I wash my hair in a few days. Also, I read a review from someone that said Product made their hair smell....I didn't have any issues. Product has a mild oder when 1st put it on. Once rinsed out it's fine. Will probably use it again.

This did not work for my 4C hair. After following the instructions, blow dry and straighten my hair, my hair was close to been silk however I wanted the wash off the residue chemical smell. As soon as water touched my hair, it reversed back to 4C texture. The instructions says it’s ready for washing immediately after the process but it didn’t work for me.

This product is amazing. It does what it says, and very easy to use with no harsh smells or chemicals.

I bought this product because I have very wavy/frizzy hair and when I want to wear it down, i have to straighten it, but as a parent of 3 kids, I don't usually have time for that. So I thought this would be good, because it is advertised to keep your hair straight for 3 months. I will say, it did revive my dead hair. And strengthened it quite a bit. I can tell that it is healthier, but it is not straighter. It's still wavy unless i straighten it, Just not frizzy since the treatment. It is possible that maybe I just did something wrong. Idk. But to me, it was worth the money just to get my hair healthy again.

I like the results I get from using this smoothing kit. The directions are easy to follow and I can wash my hair the next day if need be from sweaty gym sessions after applying the kit versus others where you can't wash your hair for a few days so as not to ruin the results. The only downside is that if you have a lot of hair then you will need 2 kits to cover your entire hair. Now that I know it works for sure I will buy the larger bottle. The smell is actually nice and pleasant smelling without any of the chemicals smells.
