Perfect fit on the waist trousers are baggy but gives some room to move freely.

These are not one size fits all. I wear a 36 and the large tall was just a hair over that. I can wear these without a belt and they will stay up though ride a little low. A belt makes them perfect. I'm used to the sliding adjuster on the side but these do not have them. Not sure how they state 35 to 39 as sizing because they will not fit a size 38.

I needed a pair of OCPs quickly, seeing as how I had to report in a week. The closest PX to me was nearly 4 hours away, so it was really awesome when Amazon delivered the next day. They're exactly what I needed and in regulation. Thank you!

Good quality and true to the size. I wish I`d lost some weight though.
