Folding Bike Lock with 4 Password Anti-Theft, Heavy Duty Bicycle Security Combination Chain Lock with 8 High Security Hardened Metal

This has been overall a frustrating purchase. First the good, the lock seems reasonably secure I think. But then again, what Do I know. I don’t try and break locks for a livingNow to the major downsides, on my first ride yesterday the plastic cage for the lock broke without any impact from the outside. Now I have to carry the lock around in my backpack. This may or may not happen to you, depending on how the plastic cage is mounted. Now the real flaw, the system to lock and unlock is beyond annoying! It is fiddly and doesn’t stay open when you want it too. It’s impossible to operate with gloves or cold hand. It’s simply not a great design. I will have to replace it and not happy with my purchase.

So this lock is very heavy duty and in most cases is long enough when extended to capture a wheel and frame for locking. I really like the resettable combination feature as I hate having to keep track of numerous keys. The one slightly inconvenient design on the lock is the unlock wheel. Once you have the combination set on the lock, you need to pull the plastic unlock wheel out to physically release the lock bar. This plastic wheel has a minimal height and also the edges are smooth which at times makes it hard to pull out with larger hands or with gloves. Possibly adding less than 1mm more height and serrated (rough) edges would improve this issue.

I purchased the lock to use on my ebike. I was looking for a combination folding lock so I wouldn't have to worry about a losing a key. The password on this lock was easy to reset. The lock seems to be well built and strong, and reasonably priced, however I realize no lock is 100% secure. I did not use the included mounting cage. Instead created a 3DPrinted mounting bracket to better fit my bicycle. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Overpriced item for something so flimsy and with such bad quality. I received it cracked and after only a month of use the rubber shell/case started ripping too with minimal use. The lock itself is janky and on top of that it is very hard to take the lock out of the case/put it back in. Would not recommend for something so much more costly than your average U-lock.

Bike lock is incredibly heavy duty and durable. It can not be take apart or cut easily by a thief. Lock is on the heavier side. It comes with a great, sleek case to hook up to your bike and store while riding.

First mounting zip ties broke. I used my own zip ties, but then the plastic piece used to mount the lock broke. It doesn't really do me any good if I can't mount it.

Works great, easy to use. Compact.

it will do the job, hard to pull the nob to unlock, but I have large fingers :]
