My favorite protein to drink. It actually see gains while I’m on it. & it taste good! This is my only goto.

I put on the muscle 9 years ago, and I've never lost it even though I don't work out regularly anymore. With whey or creatine, the muscle gets lost much more easily.

I ordered the chocolate fudge flavor its not as bad as some people said it was. I mix it with unsweetened Silk coconut milk. Taste like brownie batter. As for the ingredients I like this one because it sugar free, but have no idea if this is actually healthy for you there are very few studies on maltodextrin. I am currently using it to give my gut and stomach a rest for a few days as I have leaky gut.

Good overall product. The chocolate 🍫 good. Mix-abillty is ok in a blender. It take 4 scoops to make a serving so your not putting it in a shaker bottle. Digestion was also decent. I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.

Great tasting, , no lactose so easy on the stomach. It's got a great amino acid & creatine combo. It's been my go -to post workout & I'm starting my 3rd jug.
