I was able to do it by myself, but it wouldn't hurt to have two people. I should say that I *almost* have it assembled. One bolt is cut badly, and I had to request a replacement from Sunny. Very annoying. I haven't reviewed the item yet because I haven't had a chance to use it! **Q: Has anyone had trouble with Step #2 in assembly instruction? The tension wire does not reach (dial is on #8tension) to the tension controller cable.** A: Yes. I phoned for assistance but figured it out before they called me back. It's hard to explain but I will try. Just below the bracket that the tension wire runs through there is a nut that you have to unscrew so that the bracket will move down. Unscrew. Move bolt down. Move bracket down. Tighten bolt. Make sure tension dial is as loose as it will go and it should fit. **Q: Anyone have problems with the lcd screen not working? All wires are plugged in. Read 0.00 then shut off and wont turn back on.** A: Yes! Never could get it to work! They sent me a partial refund.
