We are in our 70’s and medically exempt from face coverings owing to COPD. We also have arthritis. We tried the Government site for down loading It was very difficult to understand and we printed out eventually something the size of a postcard. THIS product is excellent. It came within 24hrs, beautifully made, laminated and also with a lanyard. Which we would have had to buy separately

Makes life a lot easier. I've had no problems with shop workers or other customers since wearing this lanyard as they can easily see that I can't wear a facemask due to my asthma. The lanyard itself is softer than other types that I've worn which I like and the card is of high quality. As the pack includes two, I took the card out of the second pouch and I keep it in my purse in case I forget to wear the other around my neck!

The service was impeccable, the target date for delivery was 2 Mar 21, ordered yesterday arrived 1st class this lunchtime, what can you say, such great service. These arrived very quickly and I ordered more. They are great, sturdy and look professional. I have recommended them to others and would buy more if needed as I am medically exempt but do not have a disability, hidden or visible so other cards are not appropriate for my situation.
