A must after surgery.
Had an ankle replacement and obviously in pain and lots of swelling. on discharge from hospital was advised to get an ice pack. Bought this set of three.Smaller one great for headaches. The larger one had the most use.Bought the set with the strap wghich I’m glad I did. Filled with ice and strapped to my ankle. Could rotate between the medium and large size too.The ice pads that you freeze, use and refreeze are more convenient, but only if you have a few to rotate themAll in all, made the right choice and would recommend to everyone.

I bought these as I have issues with my shoulder. They are great, they don't leak at all and they come in 3 different sizes. For the price I definitely recommend. They can be used for both hot and cold purposes. I have even used them when it was really hot weather outside and I put ice in them to keep me cool. They stay cold for a really long time.

Suite à une opération du genou, j’ai commandé ce produit. J’en suis pleinement satisfaite.On peut l’utiliser soit avec de l’eau chaude ou avec des glaçons selon la pathologie à soigner.
