Does it work with 220V?

No not directly as this is a low voltage unit so you need a step down transformer in addition to this unit (to convert from 220vac to 24vac - note AC not DC) to power it let alone the additional adapter to convert from your specific AC unit to signal the nest controller. Ask anything and I will answer here.

Yes, i have o-general A/C with wired. You need an adapter from O-general (UTY-TTRXZ1) or a 3rd party one from a certified installer. It is pretty simple to install the official one yourself if you have some basic electrical knowledge. Ask anything and i can respond here.

Does it work for all ac systems in uae? i have duct type

Remember this is just a controller to signal switching on and off your AC unit so yes it should be able to work on anything. Infact you can even make it turn your lights on and off when it reaches a desired temperature if you have an appropriate signalling unit and some electronic skills.
