Genuine Phone. Shown as advertised.
I was sceptical on why it was more than 1000 AED cheaper compared to on store retailers and was wondering if it was a knockoff. Turns out it genuine.The camera on this is amazing but I would never use 100x zoom on the phone as it's super pixelated.The 120Hz refresh screen is hella cool and it gives super smooth motion without affecting the battery usage.Storage is the same as my old phone but it can have expandable storage so space is nothing to worry about.I have used it for a week and it works fine and no visible flaws on the device. If you are willing to shell money, then this phone is worth it for the price.

Fantastic Camera, but other than that its Samsung phone with bulge out camera !
Phone is very Good. Camera is Amazing. But other than that i dont feel anything better than my Samsung S10.please ensure to get a good quality phone protector since phone is very clumsy especially with bulge out camera create a fear that it will be first thing that get damaged when its drops out of hand.So in nutshell, phone is Good, but get a good protective cover and get screen protection as well. Why not spend a bit more to safe guard your new phone :)

After using Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra I have no complaints. Speaker is very loud. The camera is awesome. Battery always holds a full day even with heavy use. Do not have any problems with autofocus or green tint so far. The fingerprint reader is supersonic fast and sim tray can take 2 physical sim cards (or 1+1 SD card) and 1 extra e-sim. It has a stunning screen, responsive, and also when activating the 120hz it becomes incredibly smooth. I would not necessarily recommend at full price but definitely worth it now on Amazon discount.

A winner for Samsung.
It's a fabulous phone. Feels very premium, camara is superlative. Battery lasts for day and a half with normal daily usage.It definitely comes at a price,but worth it.

Battery issue.. phone heats up
I bought this phone 18 months ago and posting this review now.. I love the camera and all the features but the battery drains very fast... the moment I open the camera the phone starts to heat up.. this problem existed from day 1 but I didn't bother to replace it nor complain.. I did check with a reliable mobile repair technician who said there are many complaints on S20 ultra with the battery issues..
