Shame on you!!! The Seller has the most horrible Customer Service!
I have this laptop under one year. Besides the fact that the cooling system is an issue, the laptop refuse to charge. I don't know if it is the charger or the laptop. I contacted the seller hoping that they can at least help me to check what's wrong before going in the full process of reparation as they advice me, process that according to them takes 3-4 weeks!I cannot accept to wait a month to find out what's the issue giving the fact that I freelance in digital marketing and my work literally depends on this laptop!But the guy from the seller side, told me that :"I bought a laptop not him! If I have anything to complain about, to go to the manufacturer!"That got me extremely annoyed and as a customer that my bread depends on a broken product, I can state the fact that this is not the right way to help your clients!Shame on you!!!!!
