It’s exactly like the Swedish cheese my mom used to buy at Christmas, but we called it Bond Ost. It’s expensive, definitely, but it’s a big hunk and it comes packed with ice packs. (I imagine shipping costs are figured into the price.) We like it thinly sliced, using a Swedish cheese slicer of course, on top of Rye King crackers. If I could find real limpa locally, that would be better, but haven’t had luck with that. It’s a very mild but still flavorful cheese.
