What is the warranty period?

I'd like Sabrent, here and now (not hiding behind "contact us via email") to answer whether their warranty is 5 years for everybody, as it legally should be in the USA (given 116 C.FR. §700 "federal warranty law"'s definition of an "unreasonable duty."  I also know that it is illegal to require consumers to return the warranty card to yield a warranty and I don't think you can pretend to give we who don't jump through your hoop only one year, but those who do five years.  If you need to contact your legal department, fine.  I'll wait.  But not forever.

what is the slc cache size? what is the sustained sequential write speed after the slc cache size is exhausted? try to transfer a 50GB file and see.
