My natural skin color is pretty pale, but living in Dubai and having been to the beach a couple of times I got pretty tanned. Despite having blonde hair (also on my legs), this device works perfectly well! Of course you must conduct the skin test every time, but when you go ahead with the correct intensity for the right area the device does a brilliant job. To be honest, for me it worked even better than in the clinic and on top of that it is not painful at all (which has been the case when I went to the clinic). So all in all it is a great buy and definitely worth its money. Should even work better on darker skin when you have dark hair.
