No excessive amounts over the DV all line items stay at or below DV which is good for me. Excellent product and i love that it has no iron. im an adult but if a male adult or teen needs iron, i think getting another supplement is the better option than possible getting too much iron which can be no bueno. same think with b12 if you need high amounts the supplements are out there and even coconut milk does not escape the unnecessary inclusion. i swallow them so i don't know what people in reviews are talking about taste . they are a capsule. and i have experienced no side effects or bad after tastes. great price and for me as an adult i am so happy i found this product as it is perfect.

Very good multivitamin for teens that don't like gummies.

I can really see a difference in my sons energy when he is taking his Naturelo vitamins. He feels a difference too, which is the most important thing. A little pricey but at this point the benefits outweigh the cost.

I stopped buying this version (for "guys") and just bought their similar formula for teen boys + girls after realizing this doesn't have any IRON. This is an unfortunate omission, especially since we are raising a generation of iron deficient kids on stupid and weak gummy multivitamins, which are generally weak vitamins with no iron. Iron is difficult for the body to absorb, and most kids don't eat enough green leafy vegetables. Growing kids and especially active teens and athletes need iron--boys AND girls! These are relatively small size capsules that were my kid's first foray into swallowing vitamins. I wish Naturelo would stop shortchanging the boys. Get their regular teens version!

The quantity and most importantly the quality of the ingredients on this product, was the reason behind I bought this for my kid. Too early to say how it works hopefully all good.

I have really enjoyed these vitamins for my boys. They say there is no after taste. I use the women’s ones as well. I feel like it is a good value for the money. I feel as though it is helping them to grow, with good nutrients. I also feel like it may be helping their skin. It is cheaper than some of the other advertised ones out there, but still seems to be a trusted product that is doing the job, no additives and great for the money. Continuing to use for several months now. My boys like them.
