I am thoroughly impressed with these German herbal teas. They truly stand out for their top quality. What I love most is that the exact composition of each herb is clearly detailed—no guessing games. Each bag is 1.75 grams, and they specify exactly how much of each herb—like 0.53grams of valerian—is included. The expiration date is clearly marked, adding to the reliability. The flavor is delightful and the calming effect is genuinely noticeable. I really hope they keep importing them!

This tea is very tasty and it helps me a lot. I used to drink it when I had nervousness when I was younger. Now it aids me as bed time tea. It makes me calm and ready for bed. But it doesn't leave you sleepy when you drink it during the day.

An outstanding product of which I became acquainted with while stationed with the US Forces in Germany. The family of Bad Heilbrunner tea offer a diverse collection of tea that are not easy to find in the USA. The quality and taste of these are excellent. The intended purpose of each tea is indeed very effective as related to the part of the human body or malady for which intended. This tea, along with four others, arrived in sound condition more than two (2) weeks ahead of promised delivery date. I suggest that tea lovers consider trying this or one of the other Bad Heilbrunner teas.

Taste mild, works for the night time, great tea overall highly recommend this . German herbalists the best in my opinion.
