I have bought many items including this, Brahmi, Ashwagandha and Tulsi. Initially everyone felt good, then after 2-3 weeks I got stomach upset. I contacted them and they actually add a lot of excipients. If you check amazon.com listings of Himalaya, they sell in capsule form and do not add any excipients. They say they have done research and it is totally safe, but with which product did they do their research? Also, if you check some of their other products like Ginger, Turmeric etc. they have put some preservatives like Bronopol, whereas it is not present in USA products. They are not very open about this.
