Got these to use while skiing at Vail in Colorado. Usually my feet freeze within the first two hours of the day and stay cold for the rest of the day but not anymore! These socks have changed my entire day on the mountain. The battery packs fit perfectly under my ski boot top strap and I cant feel that theyre there.I would recommend these to anyone looking for a nice pair of heated socks.I got a size medium to use as a base layer under my secondary socks, if you like to wear the heated socks over top of another pair make sure to take that into account when choosing size.I am going to get another pair in size Large to have the option.3 heating temp ranges are great too, keeps my toes from getting sweaty. Just the right amount of control!

On high, the batteries last about 3 or 4 hours. I guess that's enough for a short activity or something like that, but not really long enough to wear these in a cold workplace or anything like that.The batteries and connectors are top-of-the-line technology ... for 1989. Seriously, that's the weirdest part about this. At this price point, couldn't they have used the more common mini-USB or USB-C? Really weird. These have the circular proprietary plugs that used to be so common 20 or 30 years ago.The socks must be hand-washed, which means, being socks, every time you wear them (hopefully). Otherwise these will quickly become a foot fungus factory.I'm always cold, thought I'd like these, but they're just not going to do it for me. Anything less than the highest setting isn't even detectable to me, and I can't accomplish that much in 3 hours.

These socks are very warm during the cold winter mornings when taking my dog out for their walks. Previously my toes in particular used to get freezing on these walks, now they are nice.

I have purchased several pairs of heated socks/shoes the past few years. This is by far the easiest pair to get around in. Nothing external to plug in. Battery goes with you. Need to charge the batteries upon receipt overnight (8 hours). 4 stars because getting the battery installed in the zipper pocket is a little tricky.

I have spent a small fortune looking for electric socks that work without succsess. These socks although expensive work as I was dubious when ordering but so glad I did. The batteries seem to last for a good time and the three heat elements do exactly as it says.

It's soft and comfortable to wear, not too thick. They heated up in a few minutes and kept my feet warm all day. Thank you!

Got these as the description states these are for "...Hiking Fishing Skiing" etc. These are NOT tall enough for ski boots or taller snow boots. The battery would be just inside the boot, which would be uncomfortable as heck. Pity, the socks felt comfortable, but as they were to short to be used with either my snow boots or ski boots, I had to return them. They need to modify the description.
