Work great! No issues
Did the direct wire mod to bypass our 1960 ballasts. Installation was straight forward and they all have worked great. Units came with caps on the ends of the electrodes to prevent damage, as well as plastic wrap on lenses. Will update if anything changes- for now, 5 stars.

Brilliant bright white light!
Time will tell regarding how long they last, but I'm very happy with the improved light they produce. I will say, do not forget you do need to remove the ballast and do a bit of rewiring for these to work, and to do so one should have basic knowledge of electricity and circuits. I forgot about the rewiring requirement as I had looked at so many bulbs searching for the most light output I could get from the fixture. When I flipped the switch after installing the bulbs and got feeble / flickering output, I remembered and then found then instructions detailing what needed to be done. It was very basic and took about 15 - 20 minutes including reading the instructions till I finished and was amazed at my bright garage! So far, I would rate it one of my best Amazon purchases to date, and that says it all!

These lights are bright!
I purchased a total of 12 lights. The first and second set of 4 worked flawlessly. The third set had a defective light. I contacted support and they immediately sent a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement was also defective. I was asked by support if I could aid in some diagnosis. Once the light was disassembled, it was immediately obvious that one of the wires running from the enclosed circuit board to the end cap was detached from the end cap. It appeared the weight of the circuit board being accelerated away from the end cap by a sudden shock to opposite end had resulted in the detachment. I disassembled the second defective light and again the same issue was present, but rather the wire was broken at the circuit board end. I could see no further damage, no swollen caps, no scorch marks, etc. Support then asked if I could perform an experimental repair. I reattached each the detached ends, one to the cap end, the other to the circuit board. Voilà! Each of the defective lights worked. I feel that the issues with these lights aren't a manufacturing issue, but rather a shipping issue. If they could affix the circuit board more securely within the light, I suspect the shipping issues would be mitigated significantly.

Lights are bright, but a couple had to be replaced
Lights are nice and bright. bought 2 4 packs. One 4 pack was fine, but the other only two of the lights worked. Returned that 4 pack for replacement bulbs (of which all 4 worked). So cannot give 5 star rating.

Don’t work
Bought 4, 3 didn’t work, got a replacement 2 didn’t work, what else can I say, so out off 8 bulbs 5 didn’t work. Bad product

They work.
Installation was successful and the bulbs work and are very bright.

They used hot glue instead of a better soldering job.
The lights work well when they work, but out of 8 I've had to solder two so far. From what I've found they are using the littlest, smallest amount of solder possible and then using hot glue to hold them in place. Eventually that gives out and the solder or wires break. Maybe they've changed from the first batch of 4 I bought 2 years ago to the latest, but "Made in China" rings strong. Just know that if you don't want to fix it you may want to buy 25% more than you need.

Brighter than the sun
Product is exactly as described. It fits perfectly in my existing fluorescent fixture but I did have to remove the original ballast so some electrical wiring modifications must be made.

Shockingly bright
So I've had T8 LED lights in the garage for years now.. Different brand, 1 row of LED's. They're bright, so I thought.. After having a few bulbs burn out or start blinking after having the old ones in for 3-4 years now, I wanted to buy just some replacement ones.. It's crazy expensive to buy only 4 bulbs VS a case of them. So I decided to try this brand out and noticed that there is 3 rows of LED's on each bulb.. I was pleasantly surprised how much brighter these were compared to the other ones.. They do use more amperage than the other ones do, as I would assume. My garage is like daylight now inside. 6000k style.

Great Bulbs But Poor Quality Light
These bulbs are really great, better than expected in most aspects, except for colour rendering (CRI), where they were very disappointing.Pros:- Easy to install and convert from ballast fixtures- Extra bright, brighter than most- Excellent wide/even light projection- Very good quality constructionCons:- 6000K so beyond daylight colour- Extremely poor colour rendering (CRI)These are super easy to install in an existing fixture that uses ballasts (a black rectangular box inside the fixture), as long as you’re comfortable with cutting and joining a few wires. These bulbs are much brighter than average, and comparing to brand-name regular fluorescent bulbs with their lumen ratings, I would say the lumen rating of these is accurate (where many others seem to exaggerate their specs). The light beam is nice and wide, and provides very even lighting below. Many other bulbs produce more of a narrower straight down beam and uneven lighting.Though these are LED, they do draw a lot of power, equal to or even more than old-style regular fluorescent bulbs, but they do produce around double the amount of light. So that way they are definitely energy saving. One big drawback, at least for me, was the 6000 K colour temperature of these bulbs. That is on the wrong side of nice light, but not much beyond the normal 5000 K typical daylight, so I was ok with the hint of blue in the light, which you don’t notice unless you have different bulbs in the same room, or a window that lets in daylight. The big problem, and real disappointment I discovered, is that these bulbs have a really poor colour rendering index (CRI). Though this often isn’t too important, and I’m certainly not using these for photography or video lighting, the colour rendering is surprisingly poor, and the light very much changes the appearance of certain colours, and except for a few colors, very much flattens the intensity of other colours.Conclusion/Recommendation:I would only recommend these if you want above average brightness bulbs with very wide even light beam, and you don’t care about the colour of the light, or the quality of the colour of things illuminates. But if you want a daylight colour bulb, or if you want the colours in the room to appear bright or properly consistent with each other, I would not recommend this bulb.

Work Well, replaced my garage lights. Turn on fast in the cold.
Running these for 2 years now. No problem. You need to be comfortable in basic wiring, but if you can follow instructions you are good.Nice and bright, and quiet. No more hum, or cold weather affecting the old tubes.

great replacement for kitchen light
Intimidating at first glance turned out to be a simple DIY job. Turn off the switch, cut all of the wires from the ballast and removing the ballast is optional. Join both wires from one end of fixture to the black incoming wire and both wires from the other end of the fixture to the white incoming wire and install the tubes as usual. These lamps are very bright so I started with only 1 wire from each end connected to the input thinking it may only power 1 strip of LEDs but it made no difference so I connected both to prevent bare wires hanging around. Very happy but have 2 spare tubes with no use for them.
