it isn't that comfortable to lie on. probably better for chair sitters who want this. i think a mat would have been a better purchase for me.

great product, has a definite relaxing a calming effect. has helped me to sleep better. I highly recommend.

Vibro acoustics are SO helpful to regain neurological sensations. I sometimes turn it around and put my legs on it to get the full benefits. I especially like plugging in my own phone to work it with ITunes!
