Ate some with some cheese and the aroma just float up the back of my mouth. Infused in oilive oil and salt. The best was mixing truffles in with butter and making truffle butter which was out of this world. Use it within a week or infuse it and will last 1 to several months. Taste of truffles also sent sample of thier salt and butter with differant orders and they were great too. If you can afford it as a treat , go for it!!! Not worth $20, and definitely not worth $150. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality truffle for the price but YMMV *by D***A on January 8, 2021* This was my first real expensive and perishable good purchase from an Amazon seller so I didn't really know what to expect but I was pretty happy with my delivery. The package was shipped and received on time and the truffle itself was wrapped in a paper towel, placed in a plastic bag with holes for air, on top of packing peanuts and shredded paper, and sealed in a styrofoam box. The aroma of the truffle was insane from just opening the box the first time. I got hit with a punch of truffle and could not stop sticking my face over it and inhaling deeply. The truffle was large enough that I was able to use it for multiple meals and gave my dishes a wonderful truffle aroma and flavor (my favorite was simply shaved over burrata with a good quality olive oil and sea salt). The seller also kindly included some complimentary truffle butter that also lasted me multiple uses. Reading the other reviews it seems your mileage may vary with the quality of the truffle you get. I'll admit it isn't the highest quality white truffle I've seen or eaten like the ones in the top tier Michelin restaurants but it's a great value for the price.
