Many pest control companies now only offer temporary solutions for the German Cockroach in a separate and very expensive plan. I have had pest control for years and had no deterance or control effect on German Cockroaches, Spiders and certain types of Beetle species. I have been using this for approximately 2 years, and other than finding the occasional dead carcass of the larger American Cockroach, I have not experienced any infestations. No matter what you use, no matter how clean you are, once you have an infestation of the German Cockroach, you will have to take continual control measures for the life of the infested structure.
