Does this umbrella also have the venting and the coating underneath to deflect the rays from the ground or surface you're on?

It broke the first time I tried to open it so it’s not well made and definitely doesn’t have venting or a under coat...

How well will it stand up to strong desert winds? i see a lot of hikers uv umbrellas get bent because of winds. it it sturdy enough?

I live in a tropical island. It works great against UV rays, and it can hold well against decently strong winds, but not against strong winds.
