I would recommend no one to buy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hübsche Deko für Platten oder belegte Brötchen. *by A***U on Reviewed in Germany on September 27, 2015* Ich mache häufig für 30-50 Leute belegte Brötchen, die dann auch ansprechend aussehen sollen. Dafür habe ich mir diesen Möhrchenspitzer gekauft und kann nun Karotten in Kringen schneiden. Einmal hat mich einer meiner Gäste gefragt: was machst Du mit den angespitzten Möhren? Und war dann vom "Anspitzrest" sehr angetan. Die Möhren werden in etwa 1 mm dicke Spiralen geschnitten. Immer rundherum, sodass man eine Kette gezackte Möhre (halt vom Design her, wie ein Bleistiftanspitzerrest) bekommt. Dies kann man einfach in die gewünschte Größe teilen und Blüten- oder einfach nur Blütenblätterähnliche Gebilde für seine Platten oder Brötchen zu haben.Ich kaufe immer die Möhren gleich so, dass sie in den Schneider passen. Die Möhren sollten nicht mehr als 2 cm Durchmesser haben. Auf dem Bild hier sieht der Spitzer aus, wie der, den man für Bleistifte kennt. Weit gefehlt. Der ist riesig! An der unteren Kante ist ein Gemüseschäler in normaler Breite angebracht, mit dem man die Möhren vorher schälen kann. (Nur, dass man sich die Größenverhältnisse mal vorstellen kann).Einen Stern Abzug gibt es von mir, weil von den Möhren immer ein recht großer Stumpf übrig bleibt, den man einfach im Schnitzer nicht mehr drehen kann. Aber so bleibt etwas für mich zum Knabbern übrig.
