Good product
The box is good and is sufficient in size.. But the outer pouch is not good quality.. I got one for one offer and in that one is good and durable and the other one is not stitched properly and tore down and also the string is not holding the bag properly hence I cannot hold the pouch by drawstring .. The outer pouch was a bad experience

Strap broke in two weeks
The strap of the cover broke in two weeks. The quality of the steel is also not good, dents easily. Sub standard product.

Feels cheap.
The containers are fine the lids are sharp on the edges, the bag it comes with is not made with fabric. It's a plastic bag both inside and outside, the handles of the bag don't seem sturdy. Overall it feels like a bag you get for ₹400.

I ordered a black color but received a light black-grey mix. The product quality is not great, but it's manageable for short periods. The price is fair, though the containers in the lunchbox only meet about 80% of expectations. The food stays warm, maintaining a decent heat, but not perfectly. Overall, the quality is somewhat lacking, but it’s still okay to buy.
