It works, and numbs the pain
This worked great. I had two extremely painful ulcers on my lip. Which normally would take 10 to 14 days to go away I started applying this 3 to 4 times a day and it’s almost cleared up with no pain three days later.

Highly effective in just one day of using it
I accidentally cut my tongue with my teeth, and it ended up like an aphtha or a sore. It was so annoying and painful. I tried putting it on 3-4 times a day. On the first day, the results of using it were surprisingly promising. Highly recommended. I wish I had bought it sooner.

This stuff works awesome. I've had a lot of dental problems and it really numbs you quite a bit to where at least you can take the pain until you can get to the doctors. I've tried the other Amazon yes it does work but the 3x and 4x are stronger.

Got rid of my canker sore FAST
I don’t usually write reviews, but this product truly deserves one. I had a really painful canker sore on the inside of my lip that made it hard to eat, drink, or even talk comfortably. I tried salt water rinses and other home remedies, but nothing seemed to help — until I tried Orajel 3X for Mouth Sores. As soon as I applied it, the pain relief was almost instant. The numbing effect kicked in within seconds, and it lasted long enough for me to get through meals and conversations without discomfort. What really impressed me, though, was how quickly it helped the sore heal. Within just a couple of days of using it a few times a day, my canker sore was almost completely gone. By day three, it had healed up entirely! I also like that the gel is easy to apply — it stays in place pretty well and doesn’t sting when it goes on. The taste isn’t bad either, especially compared to some other oral gels I’ve tried in the past. If you suffer from canker sores, mouth irritations, or even small cuts inside your mouth, I highly recommend keeping a tube of this in your medicine cabinet. It works fast, relieves pain effectively, and genuinely helps speed up healing.
