Only problems were that the box was chushed and torn, and the fins of the radiator were bent and the top railing was bowed

Was delivered earlier than expected. The packaging was great no damage at all. The radiator works perfectly fine pretty much the original radiator and great price.

Fits like a glove. Kind of a headache to do. Definitely doable with minimal tools

Absolutely would NOT buy….I would like to start off saying that this product was cheap to begin with. The leading brands are about $220 but I figured the quality would be about the same, boy was I wrong. The product only lasted only about a week after the warranty was up, I’m sure they do that for a reason I try to get a refund but auto shack told me that since it was out of the six months they were going to refund anything. I understand it was a lot cheaper than the competitors prices but I still feel like it should last longer than 6 1/2 months. I would never buy this product and I will not recommend auto shack products to anybody. Sorry but I’m not paying for a new one every 6 months…. My personal truck is 22 years old and has 250k miles with the chevy oem radiator!

The item was packaged decently, the radiator appeared to be pretty much identical to my stock one in a 2014 Jeep. However, after I removed my original one I realized the actual radiator depth was twice as thick as the original (sorry i didn't take a photo of this). The stock is about a 1/2" thick while the new one is about 1". I dont think this is an issue, it may actually even be considered an upgrade but I would imagine it will require more coolant than the stock one. There were no instructions or any paperwork in the box, not even a receipt. I replaced it myself, refilled it with coolant and stopped by my mechanic just to make sure the system was bleed properly. There is a 6 month warranty which seems pretty short but considering it was cheaper than other brands, im taking the chance.

Item wasn’t packaged well but did not have any damage when arrived. Seems to be of good quality and everything fit as expected during the install. One thing to note: Some instructions I came across call for the A/C to be evacuated and A/C lines going to condenser disconnected. I installed this on the 3.6 liter V6 Jeep Grand Cherokee and DID NOT have to disconnect any A/C lines. Radiator will slide up (a bit tight) but didn’t have much trouble. I did remove the grille and other front end items for access to remove condenser from radiator and used some wire to hold it stationary while radiator was removed and new one installed. Seems to be cooling well.

This is my second time purchasing this product. I had gotten a hole in my radiator years ago and replaced it. Had no issues until I hit a deer causing. My radiator to leak which lead to needing to replace it again. Price and quality of this product is great.

Identical to original. Install was a “beep”. But all in all great product for much cheaper then anywhere else. Another job well done Amazon.Forgot to mention was for a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. I opted to do the job properly and took the whole front bumper off for the install. With the bumper out of the way the rest was easy.

It’s been about a month since install and still doing good. Pretty much identical to the factory radiator. Was thinking it might be a bit thinner but it isn’t. So far I’m pretty happy with it. Will update if anything changes.

I was hesitant to order such items from Amazon, but I was wrong, it fits my 2016 Dodge Durango-Hemi, fraction of the price from dealer, the packaging was outstanding too. It's been a week since it was installed and no issues at all.
