Great tool
This thing is a time saver also saves breaking your back. I pulled all the feeders for a 12 unit building and two house panels in 4 hours.

Works well but bad QC
It was missing the pin that connects the shaft to the base. It's not an inexpensive product and that shouldn't have been overlooked

Unbelievable
This thing works great, I pulled 3x #1/0 w/ground ~300’, in 1-1/2’ EMT, up through a ceiling, with one helper feeding cable to make sure it didn’t scruff. Made it easy.Its so strong it snapped 1800lb rated rope on me twice doing other pulls
