Excellent Lock
I purchased this lock in March of 2021. It's installed on my front exterior entry door, which is in an enclosed screened in porch. The door also has a Yale Assured deadbolt.Overall Impressions - ExcellentI bought this lock because I wanted the ability to have remote access to unlock my door but still wanted the handle to lock. Most keyless installations consist of only one keyless lock and a dummy handle.I purchased this lock in March 2021. It gets used multiple times a day and I and my family have never had an issue unlocking it with our fingerprint. The only times the fingerprint reader didn't work was when my finger was wet (which is acceptable in my opinion).Overall, it's held up extremely well and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.Fingerprint ReaderI and my family have never had an issue unlocking the door with our fingerprint (thumbprint to be more speciiInstallation - Somewhat CumbersomeInstalling the lock took me about an hour. The supplied instructions were good enough, but it was a little cumbersome to install all the guts of the lock into the small handle.Battery Life - ExcellentBeing the main entry door to the house, this lock gets heavy usage. I changed the batteries when it got down to 20% in October 2022 (1 year 7 months). I could have gone longer but the electric deadbolt (different brand) was already at 5% so I decided to change both as the same time.Durability - ExcellentThe lock housing is all metal. It feels very sturdy. All the components have held up just fine with everyone coming in and out over the years. There are no noticeable dings or scratches. The App (Bluetooth) - GoodThis lock uses the TTLock app. It's basic looking but it gets the job done. It is very easy to add fingerprints for people and keeps track of when they unlock the door (either through fingerprint or using the app). It's very easy to issue out e-keys as well. I like the fact that I can set access times for either fingerprints or e-keys and it's pretty easy to disable a user if need be (although I have never had to perform this function). The app also allows you to set a schedule for having the door remain unlocked (passthrough) at certain times. Since this is my front door I don't ever turn that on but it's nice to know it's available.I also have a wifi adapter which allows me to lock and unlock the door remotely no matter where I am. While it's a little slower to lock & unlock, it still responds within 10-15 seconds.TTLock also has an API available which I signed up for so that I could access the lock as part of my home automation routines. This is pretty advanced and I doubt most users would ever try to use it. The remote servers are not in the US, I think they're in China. So if you're getting the wifi adapter, keep that in mind. I have strong network security so I'm not too concerned but I do monitor the port just in case. The API does allow you to issue new fingerprints, use a keypad, and set a schedule for times when the door should be always unlocked if you want that sort of thing.

Update: Got it working!
Update: It's a bit fiddly to set up, but now that I've finally got it installed it is working great!Things to pay attention to:1. There is an arrow printed on the lock shaft- ensure the surface with the arrow is installed perpendicular to (or facing) the strike plate. If you miss this step the door will be locked when you turn the handle on one direction, but not in the other.2. Just remove the two screws on the far end of the handle to install the batteries. That allows you to unsnap the battery retainer.3. Don't fail to push the tiny black reset switch after installing the batteries.4. Leave the back cover off while you are you are working with the app. This is so you can get to that reset switch again, if necessary.5. If you've come this far you're done, right? Wrong! You must yet program the lock. Let the app turn on your bluetooth.6. If you've programmed in your fingerprints, but the lock opens with touches other than those fingerprints, you've got to a. Reset the lock. b. Delete the basic settings. c. Uninstall the app and reinstall it. d. Start over with setting up fingerprints.Original post: I would love to know where we went wrong with this lock! We got it installed in the door and programmed in our thumbprints. The door will unlock with those thumbprints, but it will also unlock if we touch the sensor with any other fingerprint, even the heels of our palms! It is, as installed, an extremely ineffective lock. I'd be happy to change this rating if the vendor, or someone else here can guide us to correct our installation.

Meet All Expectations!
Installation was seemless. No need to down load the app suggested. If you have sifely app already, you can add the door lock to that app.

You’ll be sorry you bought it!
Takes repeated attempts to unlock, batteries need replacing every 30 days and lock failed after 3 months

It is not compatible with Google home even with the g2 gateway. Like it is advertised.
I can't use Google home to control it with my voice like it is advertised.

I love how it works
I have this on a screen door. It has worked great. I have the fingerprints of my family programed in, but even then I could easily delete them if I want to. But about twice a month a group of people come to my house, rather than get each of them programmed, I just bypass the Lock for an hour every other Monday.
