I love this cream for my cracked heels! Cleared them up after two uses. Only downside for me is I can’t stand the residue and texture that’s left behind afterwards, even though I put it on before bed and with socks, it still feels weird after taking my socks off but totally worth it to help my heels.

This cream works wonders if you have cracked painful heels! I started having issues a few months ago with my left foot cracking. I do a lot of walking, and even with getting regular pedicures the winter months make my skin very very dry. Ive tried everything!! But when I tried this one, my crack was heeled within 3 days. It’s a miracle cream! It’s very thick and kinda smells like the inside of a beach ball but I lather this on after my shower, cover my feet with socks and viola no more cracked painful heels. I know use it on my elbows, knees, and do a maintenance dose of every 3 days on my feet and no more cracks. Get it!!

This cream is excellent! You can start seeing results within 1–2 days, depending on the thickness of your callus/dead skin. While it works without filing, I recommend doing so beforehand for faster results. By the next day, your heels will feel noticeably smoother. I’ve also used it for adult acne on my face, arms, and back, since it contains ingredient commonly found in acne products—making it a great two-in-one product. It’s fragrance-free and non-greasy, and a little goes a long way, so you don’t need much for it to be effective. The cream goes on white but becomes clear as you continue rubbing it in. I do find it slightly sticky, so I usually wash my hands after applying.

This product works to remove my hard callouses and rough skin on my feet. I was using a file to remove dead skin but learned that may actually be making it worse. So I wanted to try a chemical exfoliant. I remembered a med spa I worked at years ago offered a high urea foot product that staff swore by. I did my own research to find something similar and came upon this. It’s messy. It’s sticky. It feels like rubbing marshmallow creme or toothpaste on my feet. It’s really annoying. I spread it on the first night in the dark at my bed and noticed white spots on the floor from going to the bathroom at night. That wasn’t going to do, so I put socks on the next time. Better, but it still can get through the socks and I hate sleeping with socks. I can tolerate about 4 days of using this product. But it works! It works very well, my feet have honestly never looked better, even after a professional pedicure. I think I will take a break for a while and then check again in a few weeks and use it again for a day or two before my next break. This would be a 5 star product if they could figure out a less messy way to apply this same product. If you have rough feed, I would definitely give this a shot.

This urea cream works wonderfully. It is sticky and does leave behind a weird feeling on the skin but all urea based lotions do this. It is non- greasy and it is an excellent value for the amount it costs. After using this cream for 2 weeks at night with a little glycolic acid and socks, my heels feel amazing.

I'm not a big fan of this cream. It is very sticky and leaves a white chalky substance on my heels when dry. I bought it because a dermatologist suggested Urea Cream for cracked heals. I didn't notice any immediate results and don't plan on using it again. It's just too sticky and inconvenient.

The cream is thick and a bit sticky. It has a powdery finish, as some have mentioned, so it's best to wear it with something else to protect your floors and carpet. How I use this product is this: I bought a pair of silicone socks somewhere else for super cheap (hint), and after showering, I rub this cream on and wear the socks to keep in the moisture. They are much easier to clean than socks. I clean them with warm water and soap, then dry them well with a towel. I also rinse my feet a bit to remove any stickiness. I wore them overnight once but found myself kicking the socks off at night, then woke up to pilled powder substance on my sheets. My feet felt so hydrated and smooth though (after washing with water)! It is a bit strong, so if you have sensitive skin, apply lightly or don't use it for the whole night. The second time I used it, I only did it for a few hours. My heels still feel great. This is probably not something I would use every night, as it's pretty strong. Maybe if you have more calluses, you can.

Yes it's true, this stuff really works. I didn't know what to expect at first since I've never tried but the thing, but my hard callous feet are finally becoming soft again. It's a bit messy to apply, and it drives to a powdery flaky consistency, but I saw that by getting some ankle socks to put over my feet after application. It has made the super thick calluses on my heels, soles and big toes disappear. After softening with this product I use a cheaper amope style rotary sander to smooth them down, and then apply generic and cheaper vapor rub to my feet overnight, wearing the socks again to keep from leaving greasy footprints all over the house! Just be careful if you have neuropathy in your feet like I do, because you can grind a little too much off if you're not paying attention, and that will end up being painful for a week or two!
