I have a friend that loves this but for my personal taste, it wasn’t for me. It left a bitter aftertaste and I only used a quarter of the scoop due to the MCT oil. (It will make you go potty) It made my stomach gurgle for most of the day. Just not my cup of tea 😉

Can tell you if this really works, we couldn’t get past how cloyingly sweet it is to use it regularly. Not a good purchase for those who don’t want a heavy sweetness to their coffee.

I love the flavor and the mixablity of this powder, it has so many health benefits also. Every woman whether you are an athlete or not should be adding this to their diet!!!
